 In July 1999 we returned to the USA to visit family and friends. In addition to visiting family we visited Disney World in Orlando, Florida and took a 4 day cruise on the Disney Cruise Line to the Bahamas. We agreed to take Kimberly to Disney for her 4th birthday. She really enjoyed getting her picture taken with all the different Disney characters. Read about our trip and view photos below. |

Our Disney Cruise |  We took a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas with Disney Cruise Line. The cruise ship we went on was almost brand new and everything was in very good condition. The food was excellent and the entertainment was 1st rate, exactly what you would expect from Disney. The entertainment themes were obviously Disney and geared for all ages (no topless entertainment here), and being a family geared cruise there was no casino.
Our itinerary included a stop in Nassau Bahamas and a full afternoon at the Disney private resort island of Castaway Cay. Being a Disney cruise its obviously geared towards families with younger kids, however, on our cruise there were all ages including a small minority of singles and married couples with no kids. We would recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a good wholesome time with good value for money. |

 The photos include our Disney Cruise followed by our visit to the Disney Magic Kingdom in Orlando Florida. One of Kimberly's request was to have breakfast with Mickey Mouse as she had seen this on one of the Disney videos we had. She really enjoyed having her picture taken with the various Disney characters. In addition to the cruise and Disney Magic Kingdom we visited Bill's sister in Jacksonville, Florida and his parents at their summer house in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.
