In November 2005 Bill had the opportunity to visit Prague, Czech Republic.  He was there for a one week global conference for work.  Although this was a work related trip Bill had the opportunity to visit the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and simply walk the cobblestone streets and enjoy the scenery.    The old architecture was beautiful.  I really enjoyed the local beers (especially good and inexpensive if you went to a local pub) and local dishes, particularly the goulash which was exceptionally good.  I purchased a few hand-cut lead-crystal items which the country is known to produce very nice stuff.  The weather was a little cold as would be expected at this time of year, but the upside was that the city was overflowing with tourist as would be the case during the summer months.
